Donate an Hour — Become a Vetted Mentor

Mentoring here is donated service — volunteers give one short session at a time. No pay, no fundraising, no selling to families. Every mentor is cleared before they ever meet a kid, sessions are opened by a grown-up, and parents can always attend.

1 · Prove your clearanceSchool district clearance, a fingerprint background check, or Boys & Girls Club (or similar youth org) vetting. We verify it with the organization.

2 · Share a free Calendly linkA free Calendly account is all you need. Coordinators book your donated slots from your own availability — you never share a phone number.

3 · Meet on Google MeetSessions run on a free Google Meet link with two adults present. No recordings, no private chats, no follow-up outside the program.

Safeguarding agreements

I'm donating this time as an unpaid volunteer. I won't charge families, sell anything, or solicit donations during a session.I consent to a background check and clearance verification with the organization I named.Two-adult rule: I will never be alone in a session with a kid — a parent or program coordinator is always present.No private contact: no personal phone, DMs, social media, gifts, or meeting a kid outside scheduled program sessions.

Applications are reviewed by the program team only. Nothing you submit here is visible to kids in the app, and no mentor appears in the app until their clearance is verified.
